Wonderful option for vegetarian fine dining

Enjoy a modern take on traditional Chinese cuisine in a gorgeous, Peranakan-themed fine dining environment. Not a vegetarian restaurant, but lots of creative and delicious vegetarian options and they offer to make vegetarian versions of almost any items on the menu open request. We had the vegetarian pecking duck, which was sublime, and a vegetarian starter trio of dim sum sized bites that was really innovative and delicious. For dessert there were truffle cookies that were insidiously moreish, and pistachio muah chi. A wonderful option if you want to delight a mix of veg and non-veg guests with a fine dining experience.

Michelin rated fine dining in the historic Fullerton hotel

Very rare to find fine dining Michelin star restaurants with a vegan tasting menu five courses, and also a vegan menu that’s à la cart. But this is the place! We had two waiters, a busboy and a server spoiling us with service. The food was Art on a plate. Even though there was five courses we did not feel overfed, but felt just right. You can go to the Fullerton Hotel website and they can book it for you or you can reserve at tablecheck.com. You can also email them at jade@fullertonhotels.com and let them know you are coming. This is the place to splurge and indulge in true Vegan finding!
