Cozy! - Edit
After living in Kushiro for almost 2 years, I have finally gotten the lucky opportunity to enjoy a meal at Ito! I highly recommend following them on Instagram to be up to date with their times (or giving them a call). Since it’s a family owned place their opening times can change. I throughly enjoyed my meal here and want to come again! It’s just a nice and cozy place to enjoy a coffee and chat. Their pancakes were amazing and it seems like everything was freshly brewed and made! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Well worth a visit - Edit
(Edit: Also I phoned ahead to check they were open, but I think they also update their hours on their Facebook page). I really enjoyed my lunch here, despite the long snowy walk (you really want to have a rental car or something in Kushiro in my opinion). The food was tasty and the atmosphere cool and chill. And omg I loved my shake. I'd go again if I was back in Kushiro. Good stop if you're going to Harutori Park to look for birds.

フードは、主食としてはカレーがありますが、それ以外はケーキやスコーンといった軽食・デザートが中心です。ブレンドコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。
The restaurant is run by a family. The interior of the restaurant has a warm atmosphere.
The food is mainly light meals and desserts such as cakes and scones. There is curry, If you want to have lunch. The blended coffee was very good.
