Filling and delicious vegan options - Edit
The veggie chicken here is a hearty substitute, especially on a sub and I always leave feeling full and satisfied. The owner said they have to label the substitute as 'vegetarian' because there is yeast in veggie chicken but there are no egg or dairy additives. If you alternate between the veggie chicken and tofu and their 5 sub and sandwich options, you have a lot of variety. I get the subs and take them to tailgates and concerts when I want convenient, delicious food that doesn't invoke a lot of questions about my diet.
