A curry in Bradford - The stuff of dreams? This place was already on Happy Cow with no reviews or pictures so it was the logical choice. We caved in to the usual pickle and popadom pressure then ordered a veg madras, mushroom dansak, pilau rice and Bombay potatoes. Each dish was intense and delicious in their own way. Bring your own booze and there’s an off licence next door. Do the math or you have failed.

We always enjoy the International as it's the best curry house in Bradford. The menu is clearly labelled with allergy information, making it easy for vegans to know what they're eating. We always come here for a delicious curry

Authentic curry? - Edit
It feels a bit mean to award this 3 stars rather than 4. It's a close run thing. But... My partner had a very strangely coloured dish (paneer something - she's not vegan). It looked unnaturally and weirdly bright purple and my food (tarka dahl and saag aloo) was so spicy hot as to be difficult to eat. On the upside, the food was good quality and tasty (I think!) and the ambience a real mix of cultures - about 50-50 white British and Pakistani Asian - doing what we should be doing and getting along just fine. I may come back but will definitely be telling them to go easy on the chilli!

Best no frills curry - Edit
I really rate this place, tonnes of veggie curries, quite meaty overall on the menu but definitely a brunch of solid vegan options.
