There were three vegan options to choose from the menu of 16 lunch dishes which were; Roasted Vegetable Salad, Spaghetti Pomodiro, and the Ingredient Tree Harvest Bowl.
Read moreWas wanting something hot for lunch, but fancied something more substantial than spaghetti in tomato sauce. So instead chose the Ingredient Tree Harvest Bowl, while it was fresh it was a bit on bland the side. Would love to see more vegan hot dishes on offer.

Ingredient Tree is a gorgeous cafe located in Wembley, with many vegan (and GF) options on their breakfast and lunch menu.

I found both of these dishes were so healthy, nourishing and delicious, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. The coffee here is also top notch 👌🏻
I really loved the ambiance here, the beautiful decor and chilled jazz music playing in the background, made for a really relaxed vibe. I noticed a number of customers had settled in to do work on their laptop or read a book.
