Excellent find - Edit
Delighted to find this little restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent vibe. Had the tasting plate which I would highly recommend. Not always easy to find places that cater for vegan/gluten free.

Not worth it - Edit
The place and service was fair enough, but the cake was not very good. It was very bland. I am sure the ingredients were all very wholesome, but not worth 4 euros for a piece of bland, dry chocolate cake... The place it self was fine, so it would probably be nice to take a cup og tea there or something.

Best place in Genova - Edit
Pros: Tasty, Creative, Friendly
Cons: None

Nice and relaxing atmosphere - Edit
Very close to Stazione Brignole, perfect for a tea or lunch. The staff is very nice and helpful. There's also a small shop with essential oils, tea and a few other things. It's maybe a bit expensive for Genova, but you can have a nice filling lunch for 10 euro. Not bad! :)

Food was ok but nothing special - Edit
The service was very good and friendly and the person helped us to understand the menu. I think the flavours were ok but nothing special. The portions were quite small though and it was pricey. It felt like if you went there with friends who weren’t vegan/veg, they’d be convinced that a vegan diet meant you deprive yourself of food and creativity. It felt like a vegan restaurant of 25 years ago. Having said all that, I’d still go given there are so few vegan options in Genoa.

On the opposite, we found that the food was great and really tasty, thinking of inviting our non veg friends to make them see that vegan food is not poor... we couldn’t have a dessert, so we were fed... I imagine, they reacted to your comment... (there is a menu in english)

We can disagree on this! I didn’t say anything to them so they wouldn’t have known we didn’t like it. Some people love this type of food. I just didn’t!

Highly recommended! - Edit
We arrived there after the actual lunch time, but they still had a lot left for us. We chose two mixed platters, each containing a delicious cold creamy soup, fresh green salad with beetroot, eggplant curry and rice with lentils and fresh vegetables and a dip. Both menues came with a drink, there were about 5 options to choose from, but much more to order seperatly. My husband had a vegan coffee replacement, wich tasted very good. Server was very nice and spoke english well.

nice - Edit
Just had a hot chocolate here (so rich and indulgent yum!!) place is fully vegan. I didn't try food so can't comment but the guy working here is friendly (spoke english) and knowledgable and helped me read the Italian menu! Good amount of seating and seems popular!

Nice place, located in the city center, nice people. They offer fresh, tasty food and a good lunch value. Good desserts too. Definitely to recommend. Note that they close early and do not serve dinner, unless it is a special event.

Nice atmosphere, good food - Edit
Located not far from Stazione Brignole we immediately liked the place as we walked in before the restaurant opened. When we got back for lunch it was packed, but the very attentive waitress told us to come back in 10 mins and she would reserve a table for us. So we did, we chose the full option ( 15 euros I think) and we were delighted. The food was freshly cooked, so much so that we were asked if we minded eating the second course first as the first one had run out and they were baking a second batch, we didn't mind. Nice honest food, great atmosphere and even a lovely dog welcoming people. They made a mistake with the dessert and gave us the "wrong" one as an extra free of charge, what non to like....

great food and location but... - Edit
This restaurant in the center of Genoa is only open in the evening on the second Friday of the month, so I booked with my girlfriend to sample the delights of vegan and crudiste menu.
Read morethe portions weren't certainly generous but the food is very refined, tasty and balanced. fresh ingredients are prepared with local and exotic spices, in a perfect mix of tradition and experimentation.
up to far so good but unfortunately, the staff had the crazy idea to put us in a table along with another couple: we were practically shoulder to shoulder! no more than twenty centimeters between us. all evening the girl next to me yelled his private business, as well as in the face of her boyfriend, also in our ears: we did not know whether to laugh or cry!The point is: if I'm on a lunch break at work and I go into a tavern, lunch with eight euro and go back to work, no problem if i'm in a single table with other people. but if I book a table in a "fashion yoga restaurant" before going to the theater, and I spend more than 40 Euros I expect a minimum comfort zone to talk to my girlfriend. otherwise it makes no sense to cuddle me with organic food, incense and candles!apart from that episode the food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Pros: delicious food, pleasant atmosphere
Cons: small portions, quite expensive, see the review
