Best Restaraunt On The Island Of Providenciales For Vegan Options - Edit
Chef made it his business to come out and greet us on arrival. Once he found out we was Plant based, he recommended the stuff red pepper and the curry which by far was the best we had the whole trip!

Elegant vegan options - Edit
This was a fantastic find. Vegan menu seems to evolve as options available are somewhat different from what others posted. Definitely upscale and exceptional service. I thought there were plenty of vegan options (especially for a Caribbean restaurant). Super fresh. I had the Vegan Shepherd’s Pie. Dessert was the spicy Vegan Chocolate Cake (w/vegan peanut butter ice cream and candied jalapeños), which was phenomenal. Spendy, for sure, but a memorable meal.

Great filling and fresh dinner - Edit
Indigo was a great dinner spot. Definitely upscale and you can tell the ingredients they source are fresh! I got the vegan tofu steak which was very tasty and charred. The mushrooms and the sauce were great and the asparagus was perfectly cooked. My only note is I wish I had a fresh salad but maybe order a salad app. The plantains were also super good, very flavorful in just one bite. They also have a vegan pot pie which looked good, and the other options on the dinner menu are vegetarian, so if you’re vegan for entree there’s really just two options. My vegetarian boyfriend got the veg enchiladas which he really enjoyed and he said the broccolini was super good too.

Service was amazing, very high end experience. Food was great but I would have liked to see a few more vegan options. Sadly they were out of the vegan cake when we were there. My friend the fish eater was thrilled with her dishes.

Best upscale vegan option on the island - Edit
Good food and great service. Very much appreciate all the explicitly vegan options, including quite a few creative ones (far beyond just your standard burgers and curries and salads). We went twice for dinner, and most things we had were really quite good. They were very happy to accommodate for vegan even on a dish that was only labeled vegetarian and not vegan (though plenty are already labeled as vegan). Would eat here again next time in town

Best vegan fine dining options on the island - Edit
Had a green goddess salad and linguini with lentil jackfruit bolognese and vegan cheese. So full afterwards but had to try the peanut ice cream which is oat milk based and delicious. Staff was very knowledgeable about what was vegan unlike other omni restaurants that had several foods mislabeled. This place was expensive, but delicious!

Great vegan and vegetarian options with great service. Not your typical restaurant in the Caribbean with one option. It has a dedicated section on the menu. There is even a great vegan desert with vegan ice cream.
