Good food but service is very slow - Edit
We had Perkedel, Indugo Gulung, Nasi Campur and Mushroom Wijen as food (all were delicious) and Green Smoothie -which I think called Locco as well as Iced Coffee. Iced coffee was terrible unfortunately. We couldn’t drink more than two sips but smoothie was okay. The stuff is very friendly but service was extremely slow. He told us it will take 20 min but it took almost an hour. We were the only customers there, can’t imagine how it would be if there were more people... Overall it’s a nice place and very close to the Monkey Forest Sanctuary. We saw lots of monkeys walking top of the roofs while we are at the restaurant. There are also some good indigo batik shops underneath the place which you can check it out. I’d recommend going to this place if you have plenty of time and not starving :)

"Ignore taste" - Edit
This restaurant has a stylish modern, sterile ambience. The Motto on the waiters shirt is "think healthy, ignore taste, be vegan".
Read moreWe ordered mie mushroom wijen and the jukut kelor & undis soup and waited 45 min for the food to arrive. Both portions were small. The soup was watery and not tasty at all, the crackers served with it were good.
The noodles were average and served with rehydrated mushrooms. The dish came with a sambol that tasted very weird.
Flavored drinking water is freely available, which is great.
Pros: Free water, nice ambience
Cons: tastless, expensive, long waiting, small portions

amazing find! - Edit
Wow wow wow! After being in Nusa Dua for 4 days with very limited vegan options, I was so happy to find this amazing store / restaurant in Ubud. A true all-vegan menu with super fresh ingredients and nothing artificial. The “spring rolls” (Indigo Gulung) have the most beautiful presentation I’ve ever seen with edible blue flowers and blue noodles (where have these been all my life??!). But the star of my meal was definitely the Mie Mushroom Wijen which was perfectly flavored mushrooms over a bed of homemade noodles tossed in a peanut sauce with cilantro and veggies. Gahhhh so good - I practically licked the plate! THANK YOU THANK YOU Indigo Kitchen!! Every vegan or vegan enthusiast needs to go here if you’re in Ubud!
