The best option in the area sadly - Edit
After asking the waitress to verify if they indeed can't make anything vegan, she said they can remove the cheese from the burrito or cheese and bread from the burger.

The area has very few options, so you take what you can.

Annoyingly good considering you have to amend the menu - Edit
So there is no technically vegan options on the menu, but we found this with quite a few places in Paris you have to amend! But there were very happy to do so, staff were very friendly. We had the avocado burger (best meaty VG burger I’ve had outside of UK!) without the cheese and it was really good, the avocado and crisps and the vegi meat (only supposed to be done in tacos, but requested in a burrito) without the cheese again and was great!!
