Delicious at a reasonable price

There are even several vegan naan and dessert options. OK, it isn't luxurious but the service is nice and quick, and it is really cheap considering the central location. The menu there is not exactly the same as the one you find on the website. I will definitely come back.

Pros: Viele vegane Optionen.

Cons: Parkplatz finden., Reservierung meist erforderlich.

Durchschnittlich

Pros: Leckeres Essen , Schnelles Service , Nette Mitarbeiter

Cons: Nicht sauber , Schimmel Geruch

super tasty!

service was amazing, a large part of the menu was vegan, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I would rate 5 stars but that’s only an option for fully vegan/ vegetarian restaurants. I tried the samosas, garlic naan, and Kerala Vegetables.

Pros: great smells too!

Many vegan options

Ate here for dinner tonight and was so happy to see so many vegan options! I had the samosas, tika masala, garlic naan, and mango lassi. It wasn't the best Indian food I've ever had, but it certainly hit the spot and was not bad. Would like to try some of their other dishes in the future, and will definitely call 24 in advance to order a dosa.

Pros: Many options, Convenient location , Free Wifi

great indian food

Very nice, little restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was cheap and very yummy. I recommend to eat lunch there, because most dishes cost only half the price they normaly do.

Pros: many vegan options, they can veganize non-vegan dishes, cheap lunch

Cons: we got a non-vegan sauce with our vegan starters

Scruffy :(

I must admit we didn’t stay to eat. Not a place for visitors who don’t speak enough German to translate. No one came to help. Tables are plastic and it’s hot because the kitchen is open.

Pros: Next to gelato place!

Cons: No English menu , Plastic tables but expensive prices

never again

We both felt sick afterwards and had stomach pain.
Not only the meals were tasteless and made with plenty of fat, but even the mango lassi which didn't taste natural at all.

Not recommended at all

Small dishes, high price.
The coconut-mango soup is not edible. We only ate the other dishes because we were hungry.

Cons: Expensive, Food isn't good.

You Should Go to Indian Mango

Really great - good range of dishes in this pleasant restaurant with some outdoor seating too.

Clearly popular with tourists and local people and overall good value.

About 10 minutes walk from Marienplatz, just before you get to the river.

Pros: Good range of veggie and vegan options, Well marked on menu, Tasty cooking

Cons: Could be a few more veggie/vegan options I guess

Great indian food near the city centre

We've been going here regularly for a year now - it's great! It's a small restaurant just on the edge of the old town (10mins walk to Marienplatz or 2mins by S-bahn) and the waiters are always very friendly. The vegan options are clearly labelled and the food is really tasty!

Pros: Great food, Great service, Vegan mango lassi

Very good

Haven't had Indian food for ages: Most restaurants use Ghee and they don't know how to suit Vegans.
But this staff here is very aware of it, most their food is labled as vegan.
The owner is a real sweetheart, I think think his name was Jolly, very charming and helps you personally. He and his personnel is very helpful and veganfriendly.

Pros: Charming personnel, Lot of vegan choices, Indian food without Ghee!

Delicious Food

This prices are reasonable and the restaurant has so many items on the menu that can be made vegan. The food is plentiful (we had to take food home because we could not finish it) and delicious. The Naan bread is best I have ever had and so often other Indian restaurants cannot make it vegan. This is definitely worth a visit. Try the lime pickle--so scrumptious.

Pros: Reasonable, Tasty, Plentiful

(South) Indian food heaven for vegans!

Situated near the Isartor S-Bahn station and the Isar river, this little pearl of Indian food caught my attention by its very orange, red and yellow front of the store. Inside it continues to be very colorful but never slips into an Indian cliche like most other Indian restaurants do.

This here doesn't feel like a candle dinner place, but it's very comfy inside and has outdoor seating. We were there at the evening but it offers a lunch card as well.

Indian Mango serves Indian food with a selection of 11 vegan "normal" main courses, and about 15 vegan side dishes and soups.
They also cover a lot of classic South Indian vegetarian specialities like Masala Dosa, Uttapam and Vaidi - that are all vegan as well!

We were surpriced by that fact, since most Indian restaurants are using Ghee in almost -every- Indian dish.

Waitress was very friendly and obliging. We had a nice chat with here about their place. They have local and tourists here, so menu is also translated in English.

Portions are fair, they are using fresh ingredients. Mid-spicey and very colorful in taste... just like the Interior.

Try the Okra Masala dish, it's really tasteful!

I've tried a lot Indians in Munich and it's easy to say that Indian Mango is the most vegan friendly of them in town. And a very good one in general terms too!

Pros: Many vegan dishes, Helpful and nice waitress, Good taste & okay prices

Cons: Serves meat nevertheless, Big street nearby
