Great food! Thanks HC for this tip!

We had to go to the airport and were starving on the way out. We checked Happy Cow and saw this place was the closest with vegan options. We were confused by the location and whether it was a restaurant with the full menu on the website—which looks amazing, but we watched some of the videos for this location on the site and figured out where to go. We were so happy we checked Happy Cow. The food was delicious and there was enough of it to make another meal, which means the value was definitely there, provided you have the ability to use the leftovers. We are looking forward to figuring out where the full menu we saw in their site is actually served—so many vegan options! We’re happy to know they have multiple locations, that means we can find good food wherever we may be. And all the vegan items are clearly marked vegan! So awesome! Can’t wait to find the dessert roti.

Pros: Small menu, but half vegan! , Fast, Really tasty and huge portions

Cons: A little pricey for food court food, No-frills/not very charming

India Cafe Curry Express NEX

India Cafe Indian Restaurant kiosk is located on the second floor in the NEX Food Court (no military ID needed for parking or access to the Food Court). The kiosk is freestanding with a side drink refrigerator. The staff member was very friendly. We had the Zucchini Curry and Okra Curry with Vegetable Sambar - both came with rice and a side salad. The portions were plentiful, delicious and the prices were reasonable. The curries were not spicy on the day that I went, but my husband said when he ate there before, it was spicy (the server gave him a sample to try before he decided). Take out is available. Plenty of seating either in the indoor or covered outdoor area. We visited at lunch and the food court was very busy. Make sure you look up at the beautiful roof mural by Wyland. Looking forward to visiting here again.

vegan options!

Actually LABELED vegan on the menu! What a nice surprise for a mall food court. A little spicy and limited but I appreciate the convenience.

Pros: nice workers, labeled vegan, location

Cons: minimal selection
