Vasta scelta veg e ottime pizze - Edit
Locale grande e curato nel centro di Trieste. I prodotti sono stagionali e provengono dalle aziende agricole della regione. Pizze elaborate e buonissime, consigliato quando non si vuole prendere la solita marinara!

Good vegan pizza - Edit
Vegan pizza was good. Food took a bit long, but if you have enough time, not a problem at all. Friendly service.

It’s something - Edit
Really happy to finally have a few options but not my favorite. It’s a health food restaurant so everything tasted very whole-grain. Not the indulgent pizza experience I was hoping for. Prices are alright but a bit high compared to other restaurants in the area. The food was good, you won’t go home having wasted your money, but it wasn’t my favorite either.

A/C, space to sit, and great food! - Edit
This restaurant had a huge amount of seating, great air conditioning, and a delightful vibe. The waiter was very knowledgeable about allergens and dietary preferences, friendly, and helpful. They had many dishes that were both GF and vegan. We ordered the polenta fritta appetizer (wow, amazingly delicious), spring veg pizza with GF crust, chicca vegana pizza with GF crust, a third pizza with GF crust whose name we forgot, and GF/vegan chocolate cake. Our entire order was GF and vegan.

Disappointing experience - Edit
The food was unfortunately quite mediocre and the portion sizes were extremely small. To make matters worse, I felt unwell afterwards and experienced stomach issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this place. The staff was friendly

Disappointing - Edit
It seems tasty, with good ingredients and interesting combinations.. but when I had my plate on the table I knew it was not as expected. I had the poke and it came with a white rice, unsalted and overcooked; all sauces were tasteless; I also had the tempeh (18€) and it was dry and lacks sapidity. At the end, I just spent too much for a very mediocre lunch. Also I don’t understand when they charge you 2,5 € per person for the “service” and don’t even bring some bread on the table. In Trieste you can find much better vegan food in almost every regular pizzeria or osteria.

Food with no taste - Edit
I was excited to go to a place with seemingly many vegan options but it left a lot to be desired. My partner had the vegetable rice which was quite dry and bland but edible. I ordered their tempeh with baba ghanoush, pepper cream and zuccini salad - which on paper sounds amazing. But I took one bite and had to send it back. There was no seasoning, it was just a very dry plain loaf of cooked black beans. The baba ghanoush tasted like a plain cooked eggplant. The pepper cream was just a few decorative drops on the plate. Zucchini salad was literally just shredded zucchini. For 18 eur I really did not expect this. Luckily, the staff was understanding and I got at least a partial refund but our romantic dinner was ruined with me having to cook the dinner myself at home - losing my hope completely after so many bad food experiences in Trieste.

Clearly Labled and good concept - Edit
It was cozy and sweet designed and the staff handled the full restaurant very good. They took good care of us. All in all we were happy with our food and drinks but we have a few ideas to make it better:
Read moreThe vegan green salad could use a touch of freshness and something fruity, also it needs more sauce and all together more rice to make it more filling.
The tempeh was a very nice addition for me as a vegan but it also needed a bit more sauce hence the tempeh itself is naturally on the dryer side.
The polenta fritters were amazing!
We think that the portions sizes could be bigger. We were very hungry and ordered shared starters and main course but weren’t really full.
But generally we loved the concept and the anti-alcoholic drinks. Also for people with celiac disease the perfect spot.
Thank you for an amazing time at the restaurant!
Pros: Good options, Clearly labled, Lovley staff
Cons: Loud, Hot, Small portions

The first vegan place in Triest - Edit
Actually, this place deserves 5 stars – everything was just right for me.
Read moreIt had a cool and cozy atmosphere, and when we ordered, they asked if we had any allergies or specific dietary preferences. The menu had plenty of vegan options, all clearly labeled. The fried polenta cubes with vegan mayo were incredibly good – every restaurant should have something like that on the menu.
Our main courses were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and I even had fried capers for the first time – such a great touch. The dessert, a chocolate cake, was amazing. The wine was excellent too.
This is the place to go for vegan food. Absolutely recommended.
Pros: High biological quality , Great Food and Taste, Vine 👌

Good - Edit
Wide variety of vegan options. I know the Udine restaurant and am a big fan of it. For some reason I remember the Udine pizza as better, this one was lacking something.

Probably the best vegan option in town - Edit
The V-Label on the sign is a bit misleading as it's not a vegan/vegetarian place (unfortunately they serve dead animals). However, it's probably the best option for vegans in town with many clearly marked vegan dishes (starters, pasta, pizza).
Read moreThe home-made vegan mozzarella is more like a dip/cream, in my opinion not really worth it. The pizza was very nice though.

Loved it! - Edit
They have enough vegan options to choose from clearly labeled (look for the orange dot), the chef makes vegan mozzarella 😋 they call it mozzaveg, it was super tasty. We had 1 pizza and 1 thick type of pizza/focaccia and for starters they had fried veggies in dough, simple yet very good although a bit greasy but hey... Staff was really friendly and the place is really large!

Very Good - Edit
Vegan options were clearly marked. Prices were very reasonable. No outside seating, which I think an earlier review said there was. We had 2 different pizzas and we each enjoyed what we ordered. Mine was seasonal veggies with vegan cheese. As others have said, the cheese is not super flavourful, but for me, the crust makes the pizza, and the crust was amazing. Seasonal veggies included beets, asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms, and walnuts. I also ordered a side of vegetables, which turned out to be the same veggies! Not a problem, just an observation. Cost for a pizza was €10, very reasonable.

It was fine, nothing special. And that pasta topping (olive and sun dried tomatoes if I remember well) was half burnt.
