Nice food and excellent beer - Edit
The food choices are limited but very tasty and clearly labelled. The planted pd thai was one of the best I had in years. Beer is local and top notch.

Ristorante di cucina fusion dall'ambiente curato (con tavoli e posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno).
Read moreIn due persone abbiamo ordinato un antipasto da condividere (Korean fried cauliflower), una giusta quantità e gusto ottimo.
Abbiamo poi ordinato un Vegami Ramen (con straccetti planted, miso, alghe e verdure) e un Vegetable Wok (Bowl con verdure, riso, salsa teriyaki e semi di sesamo), entrambi vegani.
Piatti sostanziosi e molto buoni, che hanno riempito senza appesantire.
Il menù in generale presenta diverse opzioni vegane, la cucina non è veg al 100% ma qualche opzione c'è.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Pros: Buone alternative vegetali, Staff multiculturale, Rapidità nel servizio attento
Cons: I tavoli all'esterno sono in leggera pendenza, La cucina vegana potrebbe essere esplorata di più, Prezzi globalmente mediamente alti

Beaucoup d'options vegan ou veganisables à la carte. Nous avons pris un pad thaï et un wok de légumes et tout était excellent. En dessert on a opté pour les panacotta au lait de coco et elles étaient ultra bonnes. Grand choix de bières pression. Une très bonne adresse à Trieste !

We had a very nice dinner here. The waitress was very helpful and explained all vegan options in detail. Vegan food is not marked so you need to ask. The can make non-vegan dishes vegan for you.

Definitely recommend when in Trieste! I would give 5 stars but it's not possible since it is not a fully vegan Restaurant.
