Versatile Organic Health food/ Cibo biologico versatile e salutare - Edit
This health food store was full of versatile vegan options that can’t necessarily be found in other supermarkets in the area. Many items are naturally vegan or are labeled so but there are a few that may appear vegan but are actually vegetarian.
Read moreI got 3 items (see pictures attached) that were all delicious and that I used to make a quick meal. Also, it is conveniently located between the Bari center station and the historical district. We were the only ones in the store and looking intently at the items to check the ingredients, the only staff member followed us for over 5 minutes, making us feel uncomfortable, until he finally asked us what we were looking for, after I explained that we were looking for vegan items he showed us the offerings and stopped following us. That was the only negative aspect of the experience.
Questo negozio di alimenti salutari era pieno di opzioni vegane versatili che non si trovano necessariamente in altri supermercati della zona. Molti cibi sono naturalmente vegani o sono etichettati come tali, ma ce ne sono alcuni che possono sembrare vegani ma in realtà sono vegetariani. Ho preso 3 articoli (vedi foto allegate) che erano tutti deliziosi e che ho usato per preparare un pasto veloce. Inoltre, si trova in una posizione comoda tra la stazione centrale di Bari e il quartiere storico. Eravamo gli unici nel negozio e abbiamo guardato attentamente i cibi per controllare gli ingredienti, l'unico membro del personale ci ha seguito per oltre 5 minuti, facendoci sentire a disagio, finché alla fine ci ha chiesto cosa stessimo cercando dopo che gli ho spiegato che stavamo cercando articoli vegani ci ha mostrato le offerte e ha smesso di seguirci. Questo è stato l'unico aspetto negativo dell'esperienza.

A result as was right near our accommodation. We were able to get a lot of our vegan staples here.

Great organic grocery store with vegan chocolates, ice cream bars, packed products as well as a good selection of local produce. It’s located pretty centrally too which is nice!
