Probably Best Options in Northern Sardinia - Edit
Quite a busy little place in Porto Torres. It's really easy to get to even if you're not staying in Porto Torres, if you happen to be driving by.
They have many vegan versions of meat or seitan, tempeh, falafel, etc. Mostly panini/hamburger type meals but also pizza slices, focaccie, and snacks. They also have their own vegan cheese.
We bought mixed vegtable tempura and the CheeseBacon del Drago, which is the vegan version. Really good prices.
Serves meat, so 4 stars.

Best healthy fast food ever eaten - Edit
IL Drago was a special discovery in Sardinia. It was the only restaurant my wife and I could find around Alghero, that served real Vegan dishes. Friendly family owned hot fast food sandwich (panini) and pizza place offers the best panini ever, to go or to eat behind the counter observing master chef at work. We returned rhe next day all the way from Alghero just to take another bite. Big thumbs up!

The Best Vegan Paninis & Burgers I've ever had! - Edit
This little pretty Paninis & Pizza place is a vegan dream in the island of Sardinia. It's basically a vegan restaurant with a few non-vegan options (the few non-vegan options they've got are marked with a little "a", all the rest is 100% vegan).
I've eaten there several times and tried many of their delicious vegan paninis and burgers (21 out of 33 of them are 100% vegan!).
They also sell pizzas with vegan cheese, vegan snacks like falafel, tempura veggies and french fries. All their sauces are also vegan, like veg-mayo, veg-cocktail sauce etc..), and many of their ingredients are organic, like smoked tofu, tempeh, seitan, vegan sausages, etc...
It's incredible to find a fast food with so many vegan options, especially in Italy, and especially in Sardinia!!
I really hope that one day they will manage to turn it completely into a vegan restaurant :)

A great find!! - Edit
Thanks to this listing and the helpful review by VeganTrav my girlfriend and I visited Il Drago when passing through Porto Torres last Tuesday. We both had panini, after struggling to decide she had the 'Tempehscion' and I had the 'Diablo', both were very good. The (I think) owner was friendly and let us try the sauce on chips. I really liked the way the menu highlighted which meals contained animal products and not the standard other way around. If you find yourself in Porto Torres, pay a visit Il Drago, you won't be disappointed!
