Delicious easy and all vegan! - Edit
Got the burger, caramel slice and three cookies. One of the cookies was just okay (yellow coloured one!) but everything else was excellent especially the burger!

Healthy - Edit
I like how healthy iku makes me feel. Although, I tend to crave a little more saltiness - but that’s not that healthy 🙃

Yummy and fresh - Edit
I had the Laksa and the flavours were fabulous. I expect my Laksa to be spicy and it wasn't, but that's ok. I had half of my wife's rice paper roll too and that was really fresh and tasty.

Casserole and Miso Soup - Edit
Casserole: Chickpeas, carrots are cooked ripe to that right stage that they are blended very well with sweet potatoes. Chickpeas are cooked just right to be observed into the tongue. Carrots are cut to the right size to accommodate with other two. When the textures served on brown rice and take together, it create an abundant mouthful.
Read moreA little pity they are served with bean sprout treated with vinegar. The sour has conflicted with abundant texture. Suggest to serve it with raw coriander, or other raw green veggie in order to bring out the abundant of the texture.
Miso Soup: When the green peas, carrots and celery are grinder, mixed and coming to your mouth together in a soup, a flow of music starts, All three are worked very well together. However, garlic has ruin the peaceful feeling of the music, the garlic has take away the peaceful music and take away the lasting aftertaste. Suggest put garlic to the soup only on customer's request, It is both for religious reason and for tasting reason.
Pros: Chickpeas, carrots are cooked ripe to that right, Chickpeas are cooked just right to be observed int
Cons: bean sprout treated by vinegar should not serve, garlic should not be in the soup

Vegan fast food - Edit
I go to Iku on a regular basis and have tried most of the food available there. I especially love the tofu burger which is on a gluten free bun, salad and an amazing chilli sauce dressing.

Good, basic vegan food - Edit
I often grab lunch from Iku in Rozelle. The service is fast and the food solid. If you don't have time to wait, this is an ideal source of plant-based flavours, smells and protein. A bonus for the weight-conscious is that Weightwatchers provides points for all Iku dishes on the Internet.

Loved the lasagna and sago pudding - Edit
Enjoyed the lasagna and sago pudding. My partner enjoyed the cookies and coffee. Tried the Vietnamese rice paper roll which was average, but the dressing on the side salad was amazing. Nice and friendly service too. Look forward to going again.

Not vegan, despite happycow's categorisation - Edit
This is like Fresh in Toronto, Canada. Which happycow correctly labels as vegetarian. This needs to apply to Iku Wholefoods as well, or at least to this store. You can't be labelled as vegan if you still enslave animals, it doesn't work that way, it just means you have strict-vegetarian options.
Read moreThat said, as Iku Wholefoods never say they are vegan, my issue here is entirely with HappyCow's categorisation. Iku Wholefoods still do great and moderately priced food with nice packaged drink options as well.
