Vegan chain macrobiotic ready made meals. Salads, rice balls, tofu fritters, casseroles, pies and tarts, lasagne, soup, curries, burgers, nori roll. Sweets include muffins, friands, slice, pies, sago pudding, black sticky rice. Organic drinks, bancha tea. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:00pm, Sat 10:00am-5:00pm.

Iku - Edit
I am yet to be disappointed by Iku in Rozelle. They have a fantastic selection, everything on the menu is available for takeaway, service is friendly.

Not vegan, despite happycow's categorisation - Edit
This is like Fresh in Toronto, Canada. Which happycow correctly labels as vegetarian. This needs to apply to Iku Wholefoods as well, or at least to this store. You can't be labelled as vegan if you still enslave animals, it doesn't work that way, it just means you have strict-vegetarian options.
That said, as Iku Wholefoods never say they are vegan, my issue here is entirely with HappyCow's categorisation. Iku Wholefoods still do great and moderately priced food with nice packaged drink options as well.

I am a regular here and have tried everything on the menu. It's all fresh, it's all delicious! The staff are friendly, the place is clean. Can't praise it highly enough
Pros: Great food, Great value, Friendly staff
Cons: Gets busy at lunchtime!
