The bread was soft and crunchy, the sauce was fantastic and the plant-based turkey is what as expected.

Best Veggie Subs and Lots of Options! - Edit
This sandwich spot doesn't disappoint for vegan and vegetarian options. Sandwiches are also very customizable and the staff is friendly.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Nice to have a selection. True sandwich shop feel and taste with vegan options. Young staff but they seemed to have been prepped on the typical vegan questions. They have a house sauce that you want to make sure is vegan as well as making sure they use vegan cheese but I had no problems with getting an awesome sub.

Prices were a little higher than I thought they should be but wide vegan and vegetarian selection. I have gone back 3x and all sandwiches I had were great!

I'm used to having one (maybe two) vegan options but WOW I was super impressed with having SO MANY vegan options. They have gardin chicken, vegan turkey, meatballs AND cheese! Will definitely be back!

New local favorite - Edit
Ike’s has been my favorite sandwich shop in Highlands Ranch since it opened. The app has a vegan menu with 10 sandwiches. My favorite so far is the “vegan meatless Mike” which is their famous vegan meatball sub, but I’ve also enjoyed the vegan pee wee and the vegan handsome owl. Really anything with their Dutch Crunch bread and vegan dirty sauce is great!
