A great cheap meal - Edit
The $1 veggie hot dog was really good! Especially for only $1!
Read moreThe ask if you want onions and cabbage but the onions aren’t the usual ones they put on hot dogs and I think it would be better if it were. We asked for BBQ sauce and they gave us ketchup but it would have been great with bbq sauce as it was a tad bit dry but overall amazing value!
The vegan strawberry ice cream was $2.25 for a cone and it was actually a lot bigger than I had expected!
The also had veggie nuggets (4 for $3), fries for $2 and a veggie wrap for $3.99 as options
Pros: Vegan options!, $1 hot dog is amazing value , Easy to access

The plant balls are unbelievably good. But be careful when ordering, since the mashed potatoes and gravy aren't vegan. The server was knowledgeable and offered options for making the plate vegan. I had the plant balls, peas, fries, and jam. Where else in Ottawa can you get a plant-based lunch for less than $11?
Read moreI'm taking off one star because there are so many things here that could easily be made vegan but aren't. IKEA could do a lot of good for the earth, animals, and people's health by making all its desserts vegan. And mashed potatoes could just as easily be made with plant milk.

Read moreUnfortunately when we paid for a fountain drink expecting to get iced tea or something we were met with only Nordic drinks. Fair enough I suppose, but it wasn't clearly advertised and we felt we had wasted our money because my partner can't have carbonated drinks.
Pros: Vegan!, Extremely low price, Tasty
Cons: Very few menu items, Self-serve machine did not work, No "common" fountain drinks - only Nordic
