Ad oggi il miglior pranzo vegano a Torino - Edit
Il locale è piccolo quindi conviene prenotare. Il menù si compone di diverse opzioni, alcune della tradizione come la ribollita oppure l'insalata russa altre presentano prodotti di eccellenza dell'industria alimentare (es. la tagliata juicy murbles). Personale gentile e ambiente grazioso.

We came here after arriving late by train from Paris. According to all online sources the place is open. However pay attention that the full kitchen is not open during that time. We were there at 21h30 and could only order burgers. Which is usually not our favourite, but we also didn't have a possibility to go elsewhere at that point.
Read moreWe ordered the pumpkin burger, it came with a beyond meat burger and a grilled pumpkin slice. It was served with some roasted potatoes. The burger was dry and not tasty. Not sure if this was due to the kitchen closing or not. We did have a dessert, which was very heavy.
So the meal was literally filling but nothing more.
If we would have had more time in Turin, it would have been nice to discover the other dishes on the menu.

Read moreBack in July my husband and I came in from the streets, starving as it's typical for most places not to be open mid day but thankfully this place was indeed listed as open on all websites.
We walked in and were met with a grimacing face asking if we wanted to eat or just drink. And of course, we did want to eat. She stated dinner wouldn't be served but she could maybe make us some drinks. It was 5pm and they wouldn't make us any food but made us drinks. It was obvious the server felt bad at their initial reaction to us, but that was no way to treat customers.
She basically told us to come back in an hour but then served us "unicorn" drinks that were just alright.
I know this is such a typical review for an American to leave, but follow your posted operating hours or change them.

A restaurant with a warm welcome, very busy on a Sunday evening in August (the town is, in contrast, very quiet): the dishes are excellent and generous. We tried the carbonara and the tofu with seaweed: they were truly delicious.

Ottima la parmigiana di zucchine, buone le patate come contorno.

Locale molto carino e informale, i prezzi sono nella media rispetto ad altri locali. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti, tutti buoni li. Unico piatto che non mi è piaciuto ( il sapore in realtà è buono, non mi è piaciuta solo la consistenza) è il tofu al profumo di mare, probabilmente è solo una questione di gusto personale, ogni singola portata era curata e studiata e si vede. Consiglio vivamente il babaganoush, davvero fresco e saporito e la carbonara, che ho davvero apprezzato tantissimo. Anche i dolci molto buoni. Il personale è stato gentile ed accogliente.

La cucina è buona ma sono rimasta delusa dalla carbonara: la crema era troppo troppo "pannosa" e senza nessun sapore caratterizzante. Ovviamente non mi aspettavo qualcosa di simili all'uovo ma almeno qualcosa di più particolare. Anche la pancetta era poca e non croccante.

We went there for a sweet snack break around 16:30, it was chill and the staff pretty welcoming. The ginseng caffé is pure magic while the cherry cake (gluten-free) went well with it. I will definitely try again on my next stop to Turino!

Expérience vegane exceptionnelle tant sur le plan culinaire que professionnel. Sogand m’a accueilli et servi avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de joie naturelle, et la nourriture était splendide = carbonara riche, authentique au goût et le steak fait par machine 3d m’a épaté sans parlé du merveilleux tiramisu. Ci sono già stata due volte, la prima ho preso i nuggets con patate e la seconda una bistecca alla piastra su di una crema di fughi e una crema al tartufo (creme buonissime) con patate e cavolo viola.

Locale incantevole, menù vario e semplicemente delizioso, personalmente mi sento di fare una menzione d’onore alla lasagna e alla crema di riso al cacao con la panna che erano un sogno, ma ho provato anche la carbonara e il dolce alla nocciola ed erano davvero buoni. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile; zona centralissima e possibilità di acquistare prodotti come i formaggi della Dream Farm e riso. Come se non fosse abbastanza già così, tutte le materie prime utilizzate sono bio e a km0, con prezzi decisamente onesti. Tornerò per provare anche le proposte per il brunch e il pranzo:)
