Not recommended, inattentive

Maybe not enough demand here (yet) for vegan items to be figured out. My first visit, the waitstaff told me there'd been a miscommunication and that they'd prepared a seafood soup base instead of the vegan soup base. They offered to remake it.

My second visit, my ramen had an egg (ajitama). I pointed out the egg to the waitstaff and asked whether there had been a mixup. The waitstaff replaced the ramen, and explained that the cook "thought that egg was OK". Uh huh. Egg isn't even default for their non-vegan ramen here, it's an add-on. ??

Also, the bell pepper was omitted, and the spicy cucumber side dish was somehow saltier and more flavorful than the ramen broth.

I don't recommend coming here.
