In the mall - Edit
Didn’t realize this place was gonna be in the mall food court but it was good. The lady working was very kind. I got a falafel gyro with spicy tahini and it was great.

you have to try the falafel, mushroom shawarma, spicy hummus, eggplant hummus, and freshly made pita chips (they are life changing!!!!). i also highly recommend d the tahini date shake! it’s made with almond milk 👍. the owners are some of the nicest most generous people and will make you feel welcome and part of their family.

A Jewel In A Generic Foodcourt - Edit
The Temecula Mall has a generally generic Food-Court. However Hummus Republic is anything but generic. This is a chain of four stores caters vegetable lovers. Linda and I are exclusively Plant- Based eaters.They do have meat options, but much of their offerings are labeled Vegan. They make to order Bowls, Pitas and Baguettes for which their are a myriad of selections. They have Falafel, Chickpeas, Couscous, Eggplant, Peppers, Mixed and Pickled Salad and Mushrooms. You may have up to three small scoops of their various Hummus recipes (Mushroom, Red Pepper, Olive, Classic, and others). Toppings include toasted Chickpeas, Vegies, and a number of home made dressings. The portions are large. The food is tasty. One may also order a few independent items like their Falafel Burger
