good for a sushi craving - Edit
Fast food sushi, you can build your own sushi roll creation or pick from a pre-designed list of rolls. Has 1 roll called the vegan roll, is fine if you need a sushi fix! All their broths are vegetarian and made fresh (that's what they said at least) everyday, so you could possibly make a vegan soup with tofu, udon noodles and veggies. Tell the cheerful and helpful staff you're vegan, and they can walk you through your choices if it's not busy.
Warning, the (complimentary?) dumplings are not vegetarian:)
Pros: fast, fair priced , vegan options
Cons: fast food, complicated ordering
