Beautiful setting, amazing food and helpful staff

This is a lovely place to eat in an incredible setting. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful - they understand vegetarian and vegan diets and were very careful in checking dishes for us. We stayed at the hotel - breakfast was brilliant - just ask the staff what is vegan. The complimentary afternoon tea had some vegan sweet treats. We ate at both restaurants. Merati has a separate vegetarian menu with egg dishes clearly marked. SaigonSan had a delicious salad, a couple of tofu dishes and they adapted the pineapple fried rice to make that vegan for us.
