No vegan breakfast - Edit
Not willing to adapt a vegan breakfast even though I showed them the picture of someone else's vegan breakfast from this restaurant.... Tomato spaghetti is the only vegan item, this place should not be on HappyCow

Loved the veggies in coconut. Probably the best meal I had on the island. They also have veg ceviche and falafel which I didn't try, but wish I could've.

The coconut curry with rice was very tasty and I really liked the patacones as well. Also the vegan palm heart ceviche was great even though it was a tiny bit too sour for my taste. Good quality and representation though!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had the lunch when we arrived. The food was delicious!!!!
