Hotel buffet restaurant located centrally in the heart of La Paz. Offers mostly lactovarian dishes (dairy, egg). Soup, salads, main dishes, dessert, a beverage, and coca tea all included for approx 26BS. The main dishes usually contain either dairy or egg, so vegans should call ahead to check if there are any main vegan dishes for that day. Spanish spoken. AUG 2013 REPORTED THE VEG RESTAURANT WITHIN THE HOTEL SHUT.

so, so...

Staff is very friendly. They speak English and know what vegan means. Food... Could be better. It's more lacto-ovo vegetarian than vegan place. A lot of eggs. Menu of the day cost 25 B$.

Pros: Spoken english staff, nice salads

Cons: a lot of egs
