Clearly labeled vegan broth and knowledgeable staff. Tons of tofu, mushroom, and veggie options, plus veggie gyoza which the staff confirmed as vegan!

Vegan hot pot - Edit
Vegan broth with lots of vegan options to add. Toppings are customizable, you pick from the fridge. Lots of veggies, tofu, and noodle options. Staff are knowledgeable about vegan. Sauces in bottles are soy based. Others are fish sauce based. Kimchi also contains fish sauce.

I popped in here by myself after a conference and found a very nice manager who guided me toward the vegan broth and veggies and noodles. It’s definitely more of a group dinner sort of experience, but I enjoyed my meal and leftovers to take back to my hotel. The service was excellent for this first timer for the hot pot experience.

The staff was very friendly and indicated which sauces, broths, and noodles were vegan. And they can make a vegan version of the miso broth, which was delicious.

I've never liked hot pot but this was a fun experience and made me rethink my dislike! I came with a non vegan family member so we opted for the split hot pot. The miso base wasn't vegan but they will make it vegan if you ask. It's super tasty! Enjoyed getting to pick what went into my pot. I added noodles, several veggies, and tofu. Came out to about $35 (I shared w another vegan, could be less for 1 person). They also said all the noodles were vegan and all except 2 were gluten free. It was a bit unclear which of the sauces had fish sauce so I just opted for the soy sauce.
Read moreI would not recommend splitting a hot pot with a non vegan since it was nauseating to see the raw flesh brought to the table and cooking in the same bowl.

Cater to vegetarian and vegans, and can make the miso broth vegetarian also very accommodating.

Delicious hot pot for vegans! - Edit
This place is amazing. They offer a vegetable broth and miso broth (request for vegan and they will alter it). You choose the vegetables you want to add to your broth and cook it at the table. Super flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend for vegans and vegetarian!
