Hot Pho hickory great options

They have great vegan options. Best vegan pho in Hickory. Flavorful broth, good veggies and tofu and Vegan beef. Vegan beef is huge plus. Great fresh spring rolls. Would love to see the vegan beef in the spring rolls and maybe a vegan bahn mi with the vegan beef.
