What I have heard from people

The pizza dough is fermentend 72-100 hours! The pop ups are busy; its smart to make a reservation. " This is the best pizza I have ever had!" is a comment heard often! As is " I don't even like pizza, but this isn't pizza like I know pizza".

Pros: excellent staff, excellent non processed food, great italo disco vibe

Cons: can be busy
