Impossible burger - Edit
I love the vegan option of the impossible burger. It’s also good when you get the impossible patty over the Thai Kale salad. I usually ask for extra virgin olive oil and lemons for the dressing. It’s yummy! Unfortunately, there aren’t many vegan options, as one would expect of a burger joint.

They use to have a delicious vegan burger but removed it from their menu. They only have the impossible burger with no roll.

Good burger option in Dallas - Edit
I tend to order from here a lot when I’m in Dallas. They have a nice vegan option for the burger that includes Veganaise and vegan Gouda. The burger has been consistently good.

I have been eating the impossible burger here for a couple of years. I once suggested they offer it with vegan mayo and vegan cheese. And now they do!!! It is the only restaurant I know of that offers a fully vegan cheese burger. I also love to add mushrooms on it.

Must Try These Burgers - Edit
We have tried the Impossible Burger and the bean burger which is made with beets to bring out that red color. Made sure to emphasize “vegan” so that they will give you the vegan bread and omit cheese& sauce.
