A wide variety 8-page menu of authentic vegetarian Indian cuisine in an authentic American diner setting. Far from fine dining, the menu selection is vast, uses Indian terms and is non-descriptive for spiciness and vegan options, potentially resulting in receiving food that does not appeal to your taste or adhere to vegan.
Read moreI’m most apt to reducing one-star for any dining establishment where you must pull barehanded on a restroom door to exit, so I have done that. While I noted no dirtiness or bad practices otherwise, the consistently rotten reports and failures on the PA health inspections (public) since new ownership 1/2024 did raise my eyebrows.
My meal was great and I experienced Indian foods and tastes which I’ve never had before. I will return.
Pros: Variety of authentic Indian cuisine, Different tastes, not American-tailored food
Cons: Menu needs appeal to vegan audience, Bad inspections give bad impression

It's tricky... Entirely vegetarian but not vegan and not marked. The food is really delicious and generally better than your standard Indian food in America. But the staff doesn't always know what's vegan and they have to check with the cook. 🤷 Try the Gobi Manchurian and Channa Puri.

Most excellent food. The lady at the register confirmed that our choices were vegan and when we asked, she made some other recommendations. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly and it was perfectly spiced. Can't wait to go back! #Veganuary

Awesome meal! - Edit
The meal I ordered was awesome! The downside is that there aren’t descriptions, so I just asked them to let me know if something I was ordering wasn’t vegan and they steered me in the right direction. Also, beware of spice levels!

We got a little bit of everything! It's so nice to go to a place and not worry so much about what's in the food. They do have dairy products so you just have to let them know you want it vegan and they'll help you out. There are no descriptions but I'm not a picky eater so we selected a few dishes at random and were very happy with every single one!
