Fleisch im veganen Gericht

Als ich vor einigen Monaten dort essen war, fragte ich nach einem veganen Gericht, da diese nicht extra in der Karte aufgeführt sind, was schonmal sehr schade ist Ich bestellte dann etwas mit Tofu und Gemüse. Darin fand ich ein Stück helles Fleisch, evtl. Huhn, sowie ein Stück sehr dunkles Fleisch wie Rind. Auf meine Reklamation wurde entschuldigend und freundlich reagiert, ich brauchte das Essen nicht bezahlen, aber ich hatte ja tatsächlich auch kaum etwas davon gegessen, nachdem ich das vermeintliche Hühnchen in meinem Mund spürte. Ich bekam noch einen Rabattgutschein für den nächsten Besuch, aber es ist undenkbar für mich, dort nochmal hinzugehen.

Pros: Nettes Ambiente, Freundliche Bedienung

Cons: Fleisch in veganem Essen

Careful! Allergens labelled wrong + Vegetarian menues not even vegetarian.

Since the allergen link on their website doesn't work, I asked them for a print out version. This version has the normal agenda with A = egg, B = peanuts, etc. But the dishes are often missing labels, even though the ingredient is listed in the text of the dish. Eg text says it contains Egg, but has no A.

In one dish they say that their sauce "Nuoc Mam" is a fish sauce and label it with C (fish). In another dish this sauce is listed as ingredient, but no hint about fish or a C. On other dishes it's just "special sauce".
I found more than 50 such mistakes on that menu and this is only the ingredients they are naming.

They have
"big baked vegetarian roll C, L, E
colorful filling, cream cheese, sesame"
C is fish, L is sesame, E is sea food and G is milk.
No fish or sea food in the text of the VEGETARIAN dish, but also no G for the cream cheese. WTF.

I can't say anything above taste or quality, because I never ordered there. As a vegan, I can not trust them, even though there are recipes that sound vegan from listed ingredients. They make so many blatant mistakes, who knows what else they put in there.

Leckere vegetarische Speisen, vegan nur sehr wenige Optionen

eine größere vegane Auswahl ist wünschenswert. Es ist schade, dass keine der leckeren Speisen von dem mittlerweile geschlossenen Restaurant „Hoi An Vegan“ übernommen wurden.

Delicious vegan options

Super delicious clearly labeled vegan dishes. They have a separate vegan menu with lots of options like vegan duck, tofu quiche, summerrolls, fried flourflower and matcha ice cream. Awesome, especially for a small town like Eberswalde.

Cons: At regular menu some veg. dishes contain fish
