Authentic Swabian options - Edit
There are 3 or 4 fully vegan options on the menu. The vegan maultaschen was amazing and the vegan curry wurst was also great. Even the side salad we ordered was so good. Our German hosts ordered off the non-vegan menu and said their meals were authentic and delicious. Something for everyone.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. The Maultaschen I ordered came with a delicious potato and cucumber salad as well as some caramelised onions and were amazing. Vegan dishes are clearly marked - there aren't too many, but I'm sure Maultaschen are the best bet anyway! Can't comment on the venue itself as I was sat outside, but it seemed like a traditional German place to me. Can only recommend.

Gutes Essen in authentischer Atmosphäre - Edit
Es gibt zwar nur eine sehr kleine vegane Auswahl auf der Karte, die allerdings klar gekennzeichnet ist. Es werden klassische schwäbische und deutsche Hausmannskost-Gerichte angeboten. Das Essen ist sehr lecker! Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch.

Vegan 'Maultaschen' - Edit
One vegan offer: Nice Maultaschen (local food; no similarity to the original but it s cute), either spinach or pumpkin, "depending on delivery, availability and season". Good cucumber & potatoe salad comes with the maultaschen = no onions. 5 to mins walk from central train station, 5 mins from tram stp 'Theater'. Reserve: It is very bzsy, even in the early afternoon. Relatively expensive (for Germans).
