Ei drin trotz der Bezeichnung „vegan“ - Edit
Trotz der Bezeichnung „vegan“ war Ei drin (bei einem Sushi-Mittagstisch). Die Anmerkung, dass da wohl Ei drin ist, das Essen also nicht vegan sein kann, wurde auch erstmal nicht verstanden.

Ei im Essen - obwohl nicht deklariert - Edit
Leider war in meinen Nudeln Ei, ohne, dass es in der Karte stand. Ich habe es zurück gegeben, in dem nächsten Teller war leider auch wieder Ei. Was meine Schwiegermama bestätigt hat, die Bedienung hat es abgestritten… Ich weiß nicht wie es da in der Küche abläuft. Mein Mann hatte die vegane Ente, die war etwas trocken, aber ok.

Solid Vietnamese food - Edit
We really enjoyed our food at Herr Dang's. They have some clearly labeled vegan dishes on the menu as well as some additional ones that aren't labeled. Kinda confusing so we decided to stick to the labeled ones. The dishes where pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary.

Vietnamese restaurant with clearly labelled dishes. I had the Bun Dau noodle dish with Tofu, which tasted pretty good and was really fresh. There are also vegetarian dishes on the menue which are vegan or can be made vegan. The outdoor area is great and very comfy. Def. would recommend.
