Henry's Place
A hole in the wall tiny store in Waikiki. Fresh fruit bowls and sorbet/ice cream (all freshly-made-in-house) are what the store is famous for, but also sells freshly made-in-house sandwiches and snacks, among many other products. Veg options may be limited. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

meh - Edit
This is Japanese run place with Japanese tourist prices. Very little is vegan here aside from expensive cut fruit and sorbets. Most of the sorbets have food coloring and are overly sweet. If you find yourself in the area on a hot day it may be worthwhile as there is little else around.
Pros: vegan sorbet
Cons: too sweet, pricy

amazing sorbet - Edit
The sorbet is incredible, as well as the selection of fresh fruit. Hole in the wall, but all the sorbets are made fresh. I grabbed two things of sorbet and ate it on the beach for breakfast! Amazing!
