#RAW

Went to raw on the 22/03/2017.

I'm vegan but I'm not a raw vegan. I never thought a cold burger could be nice... jeez was I wrong! The raw burger was amazing. My girlfriend got the wrap and she loved hers. We also got some cake to take away which was really nice!

Make sure you also get a cacao latte!

Some times it's nice for a break away from the usual or not too healthy vegan foods. This place does really nice food and it's all healthy so you don't feel crappy after it!

A must for any vegan visiting Florence!

Went here a couple of times, trying the salad broccoli nori salad and a wrap. My partner also got a nice juice. Regrettably we didn't try any of the raw cake! Service was very fast and friendly. Seating inside and out. Recommended visiting. Expect restaurant prices.

We are traveling on a budget, so we could only afford a piece of pie (€5), but goddamn it was a great piece of pie! Wish we had more money because everything we saw looked amazing.

Walking inside and smelling ginger, cinnamon and orange. They have decorated the cafe for Christmas and the aroma from the decorations fills the inside!
Unfortunately what we thought was the menu was not, so we just had raw cake for breakfast and a beautiful herbal tea.
The only thing I would say is that being a vegan cafe, it would generally be more conscious of the environmental footprint. But everything you get to eat is put on disposable pates and the smoothies in plastic cups.
Our tea was even served with a straw..
Yes the packaging for the food might is biodegradable. Like wooden forks and little wooden bowls but it's still use once and throw away.

I love #RAW. To my taste, it's the best burger in town, especially if you're one who enjoys raw vegan cuisine. There are also some wrap options and soups, as well as desserts. Also on offer are a number of juices and smoothies. The decor is fun (ginger hanging from the ceiling!) with indoor and outdoor seating options. #RAW is currently on the south side of the Arno (my preferred side in many ways!) so I don't know that as many tourists try the place vs. if it was on the north side, which is unfortunate! (Though you can also order their food for delivery, via thefood.it). The staff are very friendly and like to receive feedback on their recipes. This is one of my Florence favorites...in fact I just finished one of their delicious burgers!

My husband and I just love the food at this restaurant along with the dedication and care that the owners Manfredi and Caroline provide . You can't go wrong with any of their selections . My favourites are the raw burgers , sushi, wraps and their ice cream is to die for. I would eat there every day and never get tired of their food. Their bread is grainless, gluten free and delicious. A good amount of what they make is sprouted or dehydrated. Everything is bio. Their prices are reasonable for what they serve. They are truly devoted to serving healthy and delicious food.

The best place to eat! I had the macanut smoothie, pasta and rice rolls - deliciousnes! It has brought me back to the thoughts about turning raw-vegan again! And the interior is super unique, bright and fun! Although, I would love there to be an option not to have to unpack the food that has already been prepared for the ones taking out, as it is a friendlier way to Earth. The less packaging the better, but I do understand the pros of it for the busines, especially on busy days! Much love for this little wonderful place, thanks and keep up the good work!

I visit this place almost every day. Fresh raw vegan food prepared to order - burgers, wraps, "soups", and smoothies, this place has it all. Variety and flavor in an awesome tranquil adorably designed dining room. Favorites include drinking coconuts, the vegan burger, the vegan rice wrap, and the desserts. OMG, the desserts. Don't miss the fresh pressed juices!! Watermelon is on right now.
