Great health food shop - Edit
Vegan food items include some fresh fruit and veg, mock meats by taifun and wheaty, mozzarisella and other cheeses, yogurts by Sojade (pricey), plant milks, cookies and biscuits, fruit/health bars, pasta, rice, grains and sauces. Lots of Italian products as well as many from mainland Europe.
We visited here a couple of times to stock up our nearby apartment. Staff are friendly, and there are plenty of cosmetic and herbal products too. Recommend going if you're in the area.
Pros: Good stock of vegan products
Cons: Certain items very expensive

Wonderful health food store!!! - Edit
While I've found a few small health food stores in Florence (that are great!), this one is also great,, and.. bigger! so that means MORE choices!!! Yay!! They have all kinds of stuff that you would normally want in a health food store, from different types of alternative milks, pastas, beans, snacks, spreads, cosmetics, some refrigerated and frozen stuff (including a vegan cheese).. as well as some fresh, organic ("bio") produce, bread AND a great little herb area in the back, with essential oils, etc.
I have been here a few times and ALL of the staff have been VERY sweet and helpful! :)
