Serves meat, vegan options available. Design-your-own-salad stand in the center of town, that also offers many soups in the wintertime. Dozens of fresh, healthy ingredients to choose from, all of which are vegan except for the tuna, egg and cheese toppings, and some of the dressings. No seating available inside, but a few tables outside and plenty of park benches nearby. Open Mon-Thu 10:00am-8:00pm, Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

Nice fresh salad bar - Edit
Very good salad bar. Your salad starts with a bed of lettuce, to which you get to add 8 toppings. Also has soup and other side-dishes. Outdoor seating only. Portion size average.
Pros: Good food
Cons: No indoor seating
