A Vegan Ramen and There’s Whiskey - Edit
I think the idea of this place is really cool, a ramen shop with Japanese whiskey pairings, however a few minor issues made it a 3 star for me. I thought the vegan ramen (and yes, there’s only one vegan ramen) was okay. The noodles were good but the broth wasn’t interesting enough for me to be head over heels for it. I enjoyed the deep fried tofu but I’m a simple [censored] that loves most preparations of straight tofu. It was also expensive.

I ordered the Vegan Ramen, which is gluten-free noodles, bean curd, sprouts, and spinach. Except for the two thin slices of sweet bean curd, it was very salty. I won't be returning since there isn't another vegan meal option. Even the veggie tempura is made with egg.
