I ordered a burger with miso tahini sauce. There was so much yellow mustard that it drowned out all other flavors. The bun was nicely toasted. However the burger was extremely mushy. Oh well, at least it was vegan.

Great vegan burgers. We tried three different sauces(fig, tomato basil and mustard with alfalfa) and they were all super delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hank vegan burger has a great location near the Hotel de Ville metro station, in a nice and central area.

They can make you wait for 15 minutes when they have no other customers because they're emptying boxes or doing something else. So after you finished eating your menu and want to order a cookie I had to wait standing up for 10 minutes after I had paid for it. the waitress didn't hand the cookie to me which would have taken 20 seconds and kept making me wait for nothing which was irritating. The food itself isn't great and I didn't enjoy it particularly. The burger wasn't that tasty, the cookie was not cooked enough and seemed a little raw. I really enjoyed the carrot cake even though it was a little too sweet and tasty more like a lemon cake.
As a whole I went there once and never went back.

You choose the toppings you want on a standard vegan patty, which was very tasty. €15 for a big burger, fries, a drink and a dessert, a very good price, especially for Paris! The burger I had at Hank's was honestly the best vegan burger I've ever eaten. I had the option with tomato and basil sauce and was very pleased. The wedges were nice too! The staff were polite and thankfully handed me an English menu when they realised I didn't speak french, which was very kind. I would most definitely visit again!

We went here and I was amazed by the speed and the quality. great tasting burgers. I had mine with a barbeque sauce and we shared wedges and coleslaw. Really good size was full after and had a beer too. Was busy but we managed to get a seat upstairs. It's small but people are always coming and going. If in Paris you must visit

Burgers were okay... fries were okay.... was really expecting it to be one of the best places to eat in Paris but we were pretty underwhelmed. I had just come from Amsterdam though where I ate one of the best vegan burgers in my life for the same price (Vegan Junk Food)

They have good food for a pinch. I am very nutrition and anti-inflammation motivated when I find food. That said, Hank's was a totally fine place very close to where I was staying where I could grab a quick bite in the morning. It was a standard burger and fries except the party was a relatively processed plant-based product. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING! If you're lucky you might meet a pretty well-known EDM DJ who works there ;)

Very surprised it wasn't my thing.. was super hungry, walked quite a bit to get here, super pumped, had read so many reviews, it was all freshly made in front of me.. But for some reason it was all just kinda mushed together... Not sure what happened... The patty and toppings immediately turned to mush and made a soggy bun...so disheartening, had high hopes

I enjoyed my burger here, but I was not as impressed as other reviewers. I thought the bun and toppings were excellent quality, but the burger patty itself wasn't as good as others I've had. I appreciate that it is home made, but it didn't have the depth of flavor or the texture that I crave from a burger joint.

All in all, I would eat here again, but I don't think it's necessary to go out of your way to come here.

If you're craving for Vegan "fast food" this is the place to go in Paris! The burgers are excellent, with very tasty homemade sauces! You can have delicious potatoes or a salad as side. The desserts are also very tasty (We had a carrot cake and an organic vegan raspberry ice cream) The ambiance is very relaxed and the staff is friendly. It can get a bit confusing on "rush hour" since the space is quite tight, and on very hot days it's hot inside since the place is not climatized! We would love to come back again if we had more time in Paris!
