Le opzioni vegane non sono espresse chiaramente nel menù eccetto una, infatti il personale era poco preparato sui piatti quando ho chiesto. Si sono informate e mi hanno confermato che il piatto di tteokbokki vegano era col ragù di soia e invece non era così. Comunque era buono, non eccezionale ma è una cucina da provare. Tornerò per provare anche le altre cose vegane e veganizzabili 😋
