Mistake? - Edit
We've been here while staying in Seoul and at this address was only a regular Chinese restaurant serving meat.
When we asked about vegetarian dishes and explained we didn't eat meat, the staff told us they could cook some rice for us… The lady had no idea how we found the place and why we thought the food was vegan/vegetarian, as it was clearly not. We even showed her the page on Happy Cow, but it really looked like a big misunderstanding.
So we left without eating anything and asked some help at a tourist information desk in the street. They called the number on that page, and found out it was the same Chinese restaurant.
I don't know if there is a mistake here or if we missed something but it was pretty weird.
Maybe there used to be another restaurant in the same building that offered vegetarian/vegan meals, but it's clearly not Hagung Summer Palace.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Not vegan / vegetarian
