A solid vegan friendly option! - Edit
This food truck offers a range of vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu and the folks will also veganize many other menu options if asked. The quantity and quality is very good for the price. This is my overall top pick in this neighborhood!

My go to spot for vegan burritos! - Edit
I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been coming here a few times a month for the last year and a half and the food never disappoints - It's always consistently good. They have great vegan options - Soyrizo, soycurls and tofu as well as vegan cheese/sour cream. The rice and beans are flavorful and they have a great selection of salsa (The avocado and habanero salsas are so garlicky and good). The food is reasonably priced, fresh, large portions and quick to order. Tacos are excellent (I believe the corn tortillas are made from scratch, but don't quote me on this), big and only $2 each. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. There are lots of mexican food options in the area, but most have lackluster veggie options which seem like an afterthought. I appreciate that they have included all the vegan basics in their menu from the get go. I go out of my way to come here and I'd give them 5 stars if I could!

Mild Meal - Edit
I ordered the Classic Veggie Burrito, which is a flour tortilla with refried beans, rice, grilled onions, pico de gallo, and soy curls (or tofu or soyrizo). I appreciated the plentiful soy curls, but would have preferred a little more seasoning. However, I was relieved it wasn't spicy, considering the cart's name includes a hot pepper.

Yum! - Edit
This is my 1st visit and I got a vegan burrito and it was awesome! Definitely gonna hit this Food truck again. They're kind of mildly seasoned, but still quite good. Their salsas add the missing touch of flavor. Def did not leave hungry!

Amazing and cheap vegan options - Edit
Mix Sabroso Vegan Burrito is so good!!! Burritos are huge. All their salsas are vegan, which I had to double check bc the roja salsa looks kinda creamy. They have soyrizo, soy curls and tofu options, vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. Two burritos and chips and guac/salsa came to less than $25. Place is beast.

Its new and it's delicious! - Edit
This new food cart located in the parking lot of Dime Cannabis Dispensary, is owned and staffed by a hard working couple. The cook/owner use to work in another well know vegan restaurant so he knows the ropes. I ordered the Fajita Burrito and it was filled with grilled rice, beans, and grilled veggies. It was oh so tasty! There are other burrito and taco options that include soy curls, ground soy or tofu. The refried beans are vegan. There is an entirely separate vegetarian/vegan menu to choose from. The salsas are home made and outstanding too!
