Very creamy vegan gelato - Edit

Might be our favorite gelato of the entire trip. Flavors were rich and tasty! We had hazelnut and pistachio gelato in a vegan cone. Everything is very clearly labeled too.

Happy children - Edit

Vegan flavours included dark chocolate, pistachio, mango, lemon, red berry and strawberry. They also had a vegan cone. Staff seemed a little confused between vegan and gluten free, my daughter had a vegan cone and vegan scoops but they didn't put the biscuit on top which other people were getting . When I queried this they said it contained gluten, which I said was fine as she was vegan not gluten free, so if you go with kids make sure you get the biscuit flake. Three cones with two flavours each cost 9.50 euros.

Pros: Nice flavours, Not too busy, Vegan cones available

Cons: No option to have vegan chocolate inside cone, Confusion between vegan and gluten free

Must Go When In Rome - Edit

When I visited 2 vegan gelato options were available (nocciola and pistachio benessere) as well as several sorbetto options. I got one scoop of nocciola and pistachio on a cone. So fresh. Great smooth texture. Beautiful rich hazelnut flavor. The 2 scoops were 3 euro. In Philly this would cost 8 dollars (more than double), and you would have to wait in line for 1 hour.

Pros: Lots of vegans options, Inexpensive, Quick service

Buona gelateria con opzioni vegane. Non hanno panna vegana, ma le cialde sono vegane. I gusti alla frutta, tranne il mango, sono vegani.

Hazelnut and pistachio are vegan and so are all fruit sorbets. They also have a vegan waffle cone. All flavors that are vegan are marked with not containing milk (in Italian). The guy who served me knew what I wanted and was helpful. I tried the hazelnut and pistachio and they were really good.
