Small vegetarian cafe offering typical dishes like sesame noodles, dumplings, and also soups where you choose the ingredients yourself (including beets, broccoli, yams, and more). Also, connected, is a small stand offering pancakes, and a few types of vegan pan fried buns with veggies inside (also offers cheese ones so vegans beware). Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Sun 4:00pm-8:30pm.

Decent little veg place - Edit
This small place offers a number of choices (no English menu). Basically it's a food stall style where you order outside and can sit inside if you eat there. You can get a hot soup with veggies that you select yourself. I usually opt for the majang mien, or some small dishes. The woman running it it nice and will accommodate if she can understand you.
Pros: few nice options, inexpensive
