Vegan coxinhas - Edit
It's ok for a quick snack at Terminal 2 of the airport, after passing through security. I was happy to find vegan coxinhas clearly labeled with 2 different fillings, broccoli and vegetables. However, I do wish the coxinha filling was juicier, particularly since there's no vegan mayo available for topping. I also missed plant-based milk for my coffee. The service was good — even busy, they took the initiative to heat up the coxinha before serving, which was a thoughtful touch.
