Wonderful ambiance and food - Edit
Grove House is a beautiful restaurant. We went during dinner hours and loved the indoor/outdoor environment, warm lighting and calming ambiance. The food was also delicious with a number of creative vegan dinner items. Add this location to you must visit list. It's only about 30 minutes from Belmopan.

Vegan menu in the middle of the Belizean Rainforest?! - Edit
We were lucky enough to stay at the exquisite Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge for just two days. I figured I'd be eating a lot of rice, beans, fruit, and plantains, but didn't mind since I was in paradise. So imagine my astonishment when I saw they had a QR code at the table for a separate vegan/vegetarian menu (for some reason not listed on their website)! Five options each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This was a game changer. I had some great meals at this award winning field-to-table eatery but my absolute favorite was the Ginger Coconut Tofu and Plain Stew. I think this was my favorite thing I ate in Belize all week. Stay at the Sleeping Giant just so you can eat here, you won't regret it.
