Eat here 3 times while staying in Tzfat. A 40 minutes drive but well worth it. Food is clean and different. Chef delivers quality and consistency with clean and fresh ingredients. And thank God they do not serve meat. Not all staff speaks English that well, but they have an ipod (with accurate pictures of the dishes) and paper menu in English so you can point it out if needed. Kids are very young but well trained. Service was good. They also have one great vegan chocolate dessert. You have to try it! Bill for 4 main vegan dishes with drinks and 1 dessert was around 70 usd. A normal tip for good service is 10% of the bill and left in cash on the table. We paid 70 usd for 2 vegan burgers and a quesadilla with 2 apple pies at the Tree of Life in Tzfat.... not worth the money, low quality, so we decided that driving 40 minutes was absolutely worth it. They accept discover and amex. Also, across from this place is a supermarket that is open late. 5 stars IMHO!

Das Lokal liegt in einer Einkaufsmall, es ist eine sehr laute Armosphäre. Es gibt keine vegane Karte, die Gerichte sind auch nicht als Vegan markiert.
Read moreDie Bedienungen waren unmotiviert, nachdem die erste Person unserer Vierergruppe bereits ihr Essen hatte, wurde mitgeteilt das zwei Gerichte nicht verfügbar wären. Es wurde umbestellt, die Extrawünsche wurden nicht berücksichtigt/vergessen. Generell verstanden die Bedienungen nicht, was das Wort „vegan“ bedeutet.
Wir mussten mehrmals an die Getränkebestellung erinnern, die Bedienung stand nur herum und hat uns die Getränke erst gebracht nachdem wir drei Mal nachgefragt haben!
Die Pommes beim Burger waren kalt.
Am Ende die Frechheit, man versuchte uns die zwei nicht verfügbaren Gerichte zu berechnen! Wir haben das trotz Sprachbarriere glücklicherweise bemerkt (Wert der beiden Gerichte ca. 150 ILS!) - vielleicht geht man hier ja so mit Touristen um. Absolut KEINE Empfehlung!!!!

There’s zero vegan or at least vegetarian restaurants or cafes in the area so this place is a vegan oasis. After COVID-19 pandemic there’s no separated vegan menu but yet serves several decent vegan dishes in the branches all across the country.

Great vegan menu! - Edit
Very pleased this national chain has a vegan menu with over a dozen options. I had the vegetarian shwarma (which is vegan), and enjoyed it. There are also vegan shakes. Service was attentive. A great option, particularly in places like Tiberias, where there are no veg*n restaurants and few veg choices.
