Vegan Bibimbab is great! - Edit
Tried their Bibimbab several times with my colleagues, really liked their Mushroom Gochujang sauce, it's kinda sweet but not so spicy.
Read more나물 options are sometimes seasonal. and just in case check out the ingredients for side dishes.
Overall, nice and cozy place for filling food.
Pros: Location, alley vibes are nice, taste

Offer vegetarian meal - Edit
Friendly staff who is able to recommend allium free vegetarian meal. Unfortunately, most vegan restaurants we went to have pre-mix allium sauces and ingredients and ended up vegetarian like us have to walk out of vegan restaurants with nothing suitable for us. Ironically, non vegan restaurants are able to better customized to our needs 😃I

Ordered the mushroom tofu jjigae, and steamed veggies and tofu. My Mum and I came at dinner time so there were less vegan options on the menu compared to lunch time.
Read moreNothing wrong with the food itself but rice did need to be ordered separately from the mushroom tofu jjigae, making this a pricey option for some steamed veggies and mushroom broth. I have a feeling that if I'd come at lunch time instead, my rating might be different? Maybe not?
My verdict: 2.75/4 ** HappyCow does not allow reviews out of 5 for restaurants with non-vegan options. Enjoyment of a restaurant is always subjective, but personally I preferred Osegyaehyang and Chungcheon Sujebi (also in the Insadong area) for value for money and more choices of vegan options.
Pros: Large portions - price reflects portions
Cons: Still pricey considering meal was only veg/tofu, Some vegan options only available at lunch
