Serves mushroom, tofu and yam burgers with made-in-house wholemeal, green pea, herb and charcoal buns. Reported vegan. A couple of stools by the counter only, so more of a take-out place. Online ordering is a convenient feature. Reported closed to HappyCow, July 2014.

Great Fresh Vegan Burgers!

Just ate with my family at GreenZilla
We all enjoyed both the fresh tasting burgers and the friendly staff who were both vegan. This was not the typical mock meat transition food type of place I keep coming accross which was a great relief. The food was fresh and clean, and it was made with passion. This is however a small establishment for now with only two restaurants which resemble more of a fast food stand than a restaurant, but dont let that hinder you.

I would like to have seen fresh made juices though.

Pros: Fresh, Price, Friendly

Cons: Small, Juices

This is how veggie burgers should be

Move over veganburg, there's a new veggie burger place in town! This place really knows how to bring out the flavours of their burgers IMO, which are more subtle than just copious amounts of salt and pepper. The burgers are of good size for the price, and use some very novel ingredients like every veg restaurant should.

It's a bummer that they don't exactly have 'seats', and it's not clear from the menu that they actually use dairy-based sauces (so do let them know if you're vegan), however the staff have a good attitude and are open to feedback.

This place has lots of potential. All I can say is... keep coming back if you're in the area, and I'm sure Greenzilla will grow to become something bigger and better.

Cons: No real seats, Menu unclear about which foods use dairy
