The food here is great. Prompt service and delicious, healthy meals (all vegan and gluten-free) with a lot variety that get delivered straight to your door. I highly recommend the red pepper dip as an extra. It was exceptional. I got the Plan B which serves 3-4 meals but you could stretch it out with additional quinoa or rice or beans, depending on the meal. A bit pricy when you realize it is $62 for 3-4 meals but you get a lot of bright, fresh and flavourul food. This is a godsend during those rough weeks.

I've ordered from GZK several times. Their mac 'n cheese is outstanding. It's got a squash base and it tastes amazing. Can't get enough of this stuff. You always have the option to order it as an extra or to substitute something from their weekly menu for it.

There are two levels of ordering you can do. A small order called Plan A is $62 and a larger one is $119. With the Plan A you get three main dishes and three sides to accompany them. This is what I usually order.

The only draw back is that the portion sizing is just short of enough for two people to share for one meal. A main and a side is more than enough for one person, but splitting it between two people will mean you'll need to supplement with rice or some other side to both be full, since there won't be any seconds.

This is a wonderful thing to have when you've got a busy or stressful week. You also have the option to order things like oatmeal, kombucha and kale chips. Plan ahead and order online before Friday for delivery on Monday and you'll be set for a couple days.
